ShunShi.ai provides AI-powered BaZi (Chinese astrology / Four Pillars of Destiny) analysis tools, including birth chart generation, personalized reports, and an AI chat assistant. The Service is available via the website at shunshi.ai.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All BaZi analysis reports, interpretations, and AI chat responses provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence algorithms and are for entertainment and reference purposes only.

  • The content does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.
  • You should not make important life decisions based solely on the analysis provided by the Service.
  • We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-provided data), is owned by ShunShi.ai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Subscription & Payments

  • Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are displayed on the subscription page.
  • All payments are processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate delivery of AI-generated content, all one-time purchases and report generations are final and non-refundable.

However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure where the report was not generated or delivered after successful payment.
  • Duplicate billing due to a system error.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
